To issue offer letter and important information for students who have been offered to study in UMS within three (3) working days via UMS website.

To display course schedule on the website a week before the semester starts. Registration & Scheduling

To display examination schedule on the website on Week 10 of every semester.

To issue examination slip in Students Information System (SMP) on Week 9 of every semester.

To notify the result of any application approved by the Undergraduate and Senate Committee within 3 working days after approval is received.

To issue student confirmation letter within three (3) working days after a complete application is received.

To take action/respond to any complaints / inquiries within three (3) working days.

To provide data/information requested within five (5) working days after a complete application is received.

Access to check eligibility to graduate and printing of verification letter for undergraduate students is opened 1 day after approval of the Senate.

To distribute the following year's Undergraduate Committee Meeting's and Senate Committee Meeting's calendar on the second week of December in the current year.

To distribute the minutes of the Undergraduate Committee Meeting, Senate Committee Meeting within 7 working days from the date of the meeting.

To process lecture halls reservation within one day after a complete application is received.

To issue PU03 (Application form for purchase of supplies / services) acquisition application for BPA's activity purposes through quotations / direct negotiations within five (5) working days from the date of approval and after a complete set of documents are received.
